Love & Hip Hop 2 producer reacts over Erica, plus Mena teases music single

Erica Mena may have only been on one episode of VH1's hit series 'Love and Hip Hop' but, she appears to have surprised everyone including producer Mona Scott. Plus, Mena is waisting no time in promoting her brand, which includes new music and a t-shirt line.

"That definitely took us all by surprise," Scott says of the fight that aired on Monday's episode between Erica and Kimbella. "According to them both, they had never had any interaction although they both maintain that they've traveled in the same circle in Miami and have some mutual acquaintances."

As widely reported, Mena claimed the fight being shown on Monday's episode has ruined her career.

"I wanted them to pull this clip because I don't want to show this side of me," she told TMZ.

According to Scott, the whole fight was unexpected and Erica has since explained to her (Scott), what happened.

"ACCORDING TO ERICA (need to make it clear that these are her thoughts NOT mine! LOL!) it may not have been anything specific that Kim did but the fact that she represented some of the women in the video modeling game that Erica had encountered...," said Scott.

In related news, Mena has teased a recording title "Fantasy" which may turn into her first single (the record will reportedly air on Monday's episode). She has also released a line of t-shirts.

Love & Hip Hop airs Monday nights on VH1.
