Whether budget is the most important thing, or feel of the event or anything in between they do the lag work for you...they already know who they love working with and by coordinating their own bridal expos they are really expanding their listings of recommendations for every category and finding out who isn't so pleasant to talk to and they can help you get into contact and get booked with all your vendors and they can even usually make you a deal! It's completely worth asking someone once you get engaged so you have a basis of what you want to do.
Who can they recommend? Any vendor that you need.. a planner, decorator, linen specialist, DJ, Cake maker, dress shop...the list is really endless and you have to keep in mind they have worked with all their recommended vendors and if they haven't they have researched into them and talked to someone who has worked with them, they aren't just booking them based out of the blue like you might do if you call someone and like what they have to say, they really have a great handle on their networking.
How does it work? You make a list of the vendors that you need for your special day, you get into contact with them..they have a flat rate, they will ask you a million questions and they will from there give you a list of people they would highly recommend you using...they can even take it a step further and get into contact with their vendors on your behalf and get them booked for your wedding day and all you would have to do is follow up with deposits, it is that easy...it doesn't take you any time, stress, lists or pressure at all.
