One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has one thing on his mind, and it isn't the upcoming 1D tour. Louis is afraid that his beloved breakfast cereal may be discontinued. The singer took to Twitter to express his fear about rumors surrounding Kellogg's Frosties cereal.
On Feb. 2, Louis Tomlinson took to Twitter having heard the rumors that Frosties may get the axe in Great Britain. Louis tweeted:
If the vicious 'Frosties' rumour is true Mr. Kelloggs needs to have a re think. Very tragic news !! [sic]
The 1D star quickly followed that tweet with a new hashtag, "#savefrosties."
The rumor to which Louis Tomlinson is referring came earlier in the week. It was widely reported that Kellogg's may pull the plug on Frosties (the UK version of Frosted Flakes, complete with Tony the Tiger) because of dwindling sales. There is a new effort underway to curb childhood obesity and urge parents to stop purchasing sugar cereal for their kids.
Of course, Louis Tomlinson is scared that he may lose his cereal. Then again, the One Direction star certainly has enough fans in the United States that may be willing to ship over cases of his favorite breakfast cereal, right?
