It’s obvious that the island isn’t done with us yet. Today marks the one year anniversary of the series finale of ABC’s LOST, and Facebook is abuzz with people reminiscing in their own ways. From re-watches, tributes, and interviews, to blatant pining for their beloved show … fans will not soon forget the characters we grew to love, the story that ignited water-cooler discussions around the world, or the conclusion that became equally controversial and still has people talking today. Before I open the floor to discussion, though, I would be remiss if I did not mention that Evangeline Lilly [Kate] is now a mom! Since my last post, Freckles has given birth to a baby boy. Take a look at the photo of Lilly, boyfriend Norman Kali, and their little cutie grocery shopping in Hawaii.
And here’s more reason for celebration: ABC has picked up Once Upon A Time (from Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis); CBS picked up Person of Interest (with Michael Emerson); as well as mid-season replacements Scandal (on ABC, with Henry Ian Cusick) and Alcatraz (on FOX, with Jorge Garcia)!
Digital Spy says this about Alcatraz: “There’s more than a little hint of Lost about this new series – unsurprising given that it’s sprung from the fertile mind of J.J. Abrams and one of the much-missed ABC drama’s writers Elizabeth Sarnoff.” Can’t wait!!
