So many folks are interested in weight-loss more than fitness the above headline is all that's needed to attract them.
The woman in the video lost 88 pounds by getting rid of carbohydrates, or mainly doing it that way -- a paleo diet. If the video link does not play use this one.
If you are looking for a diet to try, look at the video and if you like what you see and want to know more about how it was done click here and when you arrive just start clicking around.
It's okay with me
I don't think there is anything wrong with what the woman did to lose weight. After all she lost weight and following her strategy may be just what you are looking for. You may especially like that she did not exercise.
For my part I won't work with a person who does not exercise. It rarely ends well because they are not truly dedicated as will be explained further down below.
Also to think about is that a high-fat, high-protein diet may not be so healthy or tolerable long-term. If you do that kind of eating strategy you may want to have your blood tested regularly to watch for problems with lipids, cholesterol, renal panel numbers. Up to you.
Amanda, from the video, says she fluctuates between gaining and losing about 12 pounds. If you don't know what that indicates you need to educate yourself about fitness and health, because those up-and-down weight swings are not good. She is probably starving and stuffing, which can totally mess up your insulin and body chemistry and hormones.
Rarely ends well
I often say if you lose weight but don't exercise, you will simply morph into a smaller but still soft, jiggly, and out-of-shape version of your former self.
A person who does not exercise often reverts to their previous weight and health situations.
Some describe the jiggly look as having jelly buns; that is soft and jiggly and obviously not a person who takes care of themselves.
Others might instead say the above person is too lazy to get off their jelly buns.
Not me though, I would say if you are pleased with how you look and feel right now, just keep doing what you do and you will continue looking and feeling the same.
