Losing weight is something that is on many Americans' minds. As of 2012, Indiana ranked number 8 in a state-by-state adult obesity rate as part of the CDC 2012 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey. (Source: F is For Fat). That doesn't sound good at all, does it? Aside from trying to change eating habits and exercise, many people are turning to weight loss supplements to help them lose weight and one of the newest products to hit the market is green coffee bean extract. But what exactly is green coffee bean extract?
Green coffee bean extract, also known as Svetol, comes from the cherries of the Coffea robusta (robust coffee). The beans are decaffeinated but still remain rich in additional components like chlorogenic acids. Chlorogenic acids are found in plant compounds like Svetol and actually provide antioxidant benefits in the form of caffeic acid and help to suppress the production of glucose which aids people in losing weight. Svetol is capable of significantly reducing BMI (body mass index) and breaking down lipid (fat) reserves. (Source: Svetol)
According to Dr.Oz, when looking for a green coffee bean extract to use for weight loss, look for a product that has Svetol listed under the ingredients. This ensures that the product is pure. Also make sure that the capsule contains 45% chlorogenic acid. According to Chris Kilham, The Medicine Hunter, who worked closely with Dr. Oz in the Green Coffee Bean Extract segment and a frequent guest on Dr. Oz; 'The popularization of Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract caused a market panic, and sadly there are now dozens of products that either contain little green coffee bean extract, or none at all, according to testing. The only brand with years of science is Svetol. The most important thing is that people get a real health benefit, which cannot happen with poor-quality knock-offs.' One product that meets all these requirements is ReBody.
ReBody has been shown to enhance the ability to lose weight in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise program. It also supports metabolism without giving you the jitters that regular coffee would give you since it doesn't contain any harsh stimulants. ReBody also helps improve muscle-to-fat ratio and is all-natural, non-GMO (genetically modified organism), gluten-free and soy-free. Each pill contains 200mg Svetol® Green Coffee Bean Extract and is meant to be taken 2x day at least a half hour before meals.
Participants in clinical studies on ReBody Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract were found to lose an average of 11 pounds in 60 days compared to a placebo group that lost less than half that amount.
As with any weight loss program, please consult your healthcare professional before taking, and if you are pregnant, under a doctor's care or taking medications.
