If you have set your mind to making this workout resolution stick then making changes to live by is the key. Squats, push-ups, and planks and cardio are the key to your workout routine for the first week. Nutrition, and no longer buying junk food when you grocery shop or eat out is an ongoing process.
Cutting down the craving and binging in between meals
You can use the subliminal video five or six times a day (you can seek out to buy your own subliminal to listen to on your MP3 player, or you can do the Qi Gong exercise each time before you eat anything and using essential oils to turn off the food craving response are some tricks to ruin wanting extra treats. The first week its best to do them all, to distract you from the down time of eating. Drinking a lot of water will also help.
Not using diet or fiber pills
Using diet pills or fiber pills to fill you up or to burn of calories is going to give you a false sense of hope and a bad crutch to lean on. You are better off doing it the real way your body isn’t forced to over exert itself by making up for the extra fiber bulk by still trying to eat more to get its vitamins and minerals, and the diet pills will give you a false sense of “real” energy that comes in short blasts and sends you deep in the valley of “crash.” While maintaining real energy by eating right, and becoming active, and getting real sleep each night will give you real energy for the long haul you can count on. It will be steady energy without the peaks and valleys that wreck your metabolism and your nerves over time, and cause the food cravings in between meals. (see target video)
