Can you really Lose 21 Pounds In 21 Days? There is a new book burning through the hands of a lot of serious dieters these days claiming just that news.
 
Pop culture facts prove that many weight conscientious people are willing to risk just about anything to become thinner as quickly as possible with as little effort as possible, remember the Phen- fen miracle diet pills fad?
 
Hundreds are searching for a wonder diet that will find them magically losing weight just in time for the upcoming holiday season.
 
Dieters were reported to have been flocking into book stores to pick up copy of Dr. Roni Lutz's #3 best selling book "Lose 21 Pounds In 21 Days: The Martha's Vineyard Diet Detox" book. THe author of the book claims by following her recommended 21 day diet plan the pounds will melt off in three weeks.

Just to be clear though DR. Roni Lutz  IS NOT a medical doctor, but a naturopathic doctor / registered nurse. So how does this fad diet supposedly work? According to the author toxins built up in our bodies systems is the main reason for our low metabolisms. Too many processed foods is the reason that Lutz states for so many people feeling lethargic and unable to burn off enough calories, this causes our bodies to to store the excess fat equaling that dreaded weight gain.
 
Sounds simple enough and quick enough huh? Lets take a look behind the curtain now at what the downfalls and dangers of this 21 pound lose in 21 days could be.
 
Chuvachienes.com stated that after looking further into the 21 pounds in 21 days hype they found a couple of health hazard red flags stating that this diet plan does not provide adequate fibers,proteins and fat essentials to the body to meet the recommended daily nutriants needs also this diet plan could pose a danger to your immunity system possibly making you even more susceptible to this winters creeping cruddy flus,colds  and virus'.
 
So this would be a personal decision on your part does Losing 21 Pounds In 21 Days seem worth the risks to you? Make sure you check this diet or any others out with your medical providers before you attempt to embark on any weight loss journey.
