The anti pop singer of 'Royals' and 'Team', Lorde will be releasing a limited edition makeup collection this summer with MAC Cosmetics. To be released approximately around June 5. No notice of what the color palette will be or what products will be included but more than likely we will see the dark, bold vampy colors that Lorde is notorious for wearing.

Regarding the collection Lorde states:

'I have loved MAC Cosmetics since I was a little kid, I remember saving up to buy my first MAC lipstick (Snob) at 14 and it was used by at least 20 of my friends! MAC has a very clear aesthetic, that has always felt fashion froward to me. So I was realty excited to work with them on these products, which I use pretty much every day and night. I hope you will to!

Since Lorde works frequently with MAC senior makeup artist Amber Dreadon to create her looks when is is on tour, it only seems natural that a collaboration between the two would come into play. MAC also seems to be capitalizing a lot on its celebrity collaborations with the Rihanna collection literally flying off the shelves and the much anticipated hype for the Kelly and Sharon Osbourne collection.
