New musical sensation, Lorde, gave a stunning and emotional performance of her hit single, “Royals”, according to a Jan. 26 report in Hollywood Life. Lorde, originally from New Zealand, has came onto the music scene by storm with her catchy lyrics and funky beats.
Lorde sang her international hit song, “Royals” at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards with a little light and an image of a stature in the background. Lorde sang her emotionally charged song while wearing simple white and black attire, wore dark anti-pop star lipstick and her signature brunette curls draped over her shoulders.
The strangest part of Lorde’s 2014 Grammy performance was her spray painted black finger tips. No one knows why she thought this was a good look, or if she had an artistic reason for the choice. According to E! News, there is even a Twitter account dedicated to the Lorde’s Grammy nails.
