Some raw foods to eat are: nuts, seeds, blueberries, cucumbers, bananas, cherries, apples, carrots, pineapple, watermelon, oranges, cantaloupes, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, romaine lettuce, squash, sweet potatoes, bean sprouts, celery, onions, radishes.

All vegetables can be eaten raw but some taste better when cooked.

When trying to lose weight the best foods to eat are fresh green vegetables, raw greens such as spinach, romaine lettuce and broccoli have fewer calories than any other food choices with the benefit of having a high nutrient value.

So you get more nutrition in each and every bite. Iceberg lettuce is one of your more favorable snack foods with a higher water content and less calories when dieting.

When you are dieting eating high water content foods will help you lose more weight because they have less calories than foods with lower water content.

If you want a total lifestyle change add some exercise to your daily routine. Get up, get physical and start walking!
