We have all been there, late at night and looking for a warm soothing drink. Just like that situation we have also all been in that spot where we had a cup of green, black, or oolong tea just too close to the end of our day and have stayed up far too late due to the caffeine content in traditional teas. Don't worry as you are not out of luck if you are craving for something tea like but want to avoid caffeine.

The answer is to look for a herbal mix to brew up. One thing to notice is that it is a mix as opposed to a herbal tea, and this is because the definition of tea is something that originates from the "tea plant" or scientifially known as Camellia sinensis. Due to this definition herbal mixes should not be called herbal teas but rather mixes or tisanes.
