To say that Scandal star, Kerry Washington is having a “moment” is a bit of an understatement. From a hit T.V show to a hit movie (Django Unchained) and let’s not forget her exceptional style run on the red carpet, all the stars are aligned for Hollywood’s current “it” girl. Recognizing that it is indeed her moment, the actress who plays crisis management consultant Olivia Pope on “Scandal,” and serves on President Barack Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities was honored with 3 awards at the 44th Annual NAACP Image Awards this past weekend in Los Angeles.
Sporting a glorious pastel hued lace Oscar de la Renta gown and nude Christian Louboutin pumps, Kerry was accompanied by her proud parents on the red carpet.
