When you're traveling, the last thing you want to have to take along heavy paint foundations that you paint on with a brush. Certainly, you don't want to sleep with all of that on during a long haul flight. But, you might be protesting about going all of that time without a stitch of coverage. After all, you never know who might be sitting in Business or First Class! You're not the only one who feels that way . . . many, many celebrities asked Dr. Nicholas Perricone to create something for them that brought life, not a plaster-like mask to their face. I was very glad to be hosted to experience No Foundation Foundation!
It's the first advanced anti-aging, multi-tasking translucent foundation with non-chemical SPF 30 protection. With Alpha Lipoic Acid, DMAE, and Vitamin C Ester.
It comes in a little bottle that's sized to fit in a 3-1-1 bag, with a pump packed in the box separately. So, you know it's not going to splurt all over your things while on the go.
I tried the regular color. I have what cosmeticians call "fairly light" skin. While the foundation looked a little dark being pumped out of the bottle, I was surprised how well it blended into my coloring, very forgiving. Granted, if you're paper white, you might prefer the "fair" blend.
Especially after you've moisturized your face -- and you have moisturized your face, haven't you? -- you'll notice the foundation has a glossy texture. It's got the glow you want, but without sparkly particles. Because it's sheer, you could apply it just with your fingers . . . you won't notice lines of demarcation. Plus, it's nourishing at the same time. You can build coverage a bit if you want to.
Even not on an airplane, this product has a lot to recommend it. When you're jet-lagged, have to be down in the lobby of your hotel within minutes for a tour or meeting, you want a no-brainer to look presentable. You want it to take seconds to look presentable and charming!
