Despite the fact that she saved Lindsay Lohan from a bench warrant on Jan. 15 -- in spite of being fired on Jan. 14, Shawn Holley is about to ditch the troubled actress. The report appeared on Wednesday.
Holley has been instrumental in keeping Lohan out of jail for any extended period of time by wheeling-and-dealing with prosecutors. In fact, when she was fired on Jan. 14, she was on the way to court to complete a deal that could have kept Lohan out of jail on her "lying to the police" charges stemming from her PCH crash last June.
Lohan would have had to serve "lockdown rehab," but the deal could have even covered her probation violation, which was triggered by the PCH charges.
However, sources say Shawn Holley has had enough of Lohan. While LiLo has admitted to making a mistake, and has begged her to return to the fold, Holley is currently filling out the necessary paperwork to divest herself of Lohan and officially withdraw from the case.
Lindsay Lohan's next hearing is on Jan. 30.
It's unclear why Lohan fired Holley, who definitely did a good job while working for her. However, she does owe Holley about $300,000 in past fees, and apparently hasn't paid her in six months. In addition, there were reports that Heller might be representing her for free, for publicity reasons.
