During the week of January 21 through 27, 2013, visitors to the Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World can enjoy special character appearances as part of Long Lost Friends Week. This special week will allow guests to enjoy photo opportunities with characters that are rarely seen in the parks these days. Many of the characters are classic Disney characters.
Some of the characters expected to have appearances include Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar from the classic Mickey Mouse cartoons supporting characters cast; Robin Hood and Friar Tuck from the 1973 animated Robin Hood film, and the Three Little Pigs from the Silly Symphony animated short.
Long Lost Friends Week is one of the limited time events taking place throughout 2013 as part of the Limited Time Magic promotion. Limited Time Magic will provide guests to Walt Disney World and Disneyland theme parks with different special experiences throughout the year.
