A Long Island woman is among several people arrested on drug charges near the Mysteryland Festival in the upstate New York town of Bethel, the Associated Press reported Monday.

Evelyn Pierrepont, 23, of Locust Valley, was charged Friday with felony possession of LSD after a car she was traveling in was pulled over while approaching the music festival. In a news release, authorities said she has also been charged with allegedly possession hash oil, ecstasy and marijuana. Pierrepont was arraigned and held at the Sullivan County Jail until she was ordered released Saturday, according to jail records.

Several other people, including a handful from the New York City area, were also arrested on drug charges after being pulled over near the festival. A Massachusetts man was also charged after festival security guards stopped him at a ticket gate with 19 grams of MDMA, commonly known as ecstasy.

The Mysteryland Festival describes itself as a multi-day electronic music and arts festival and is held at the Bethel Woods Center of the Arts.
