Long Island Spring Restaurant Week returns with great deals on dining

Spring is right around the corner and that means it’s time once again for Long Island’s Spring Restaurant Week 2013. Restaurant Week promotions are a great way for diners to get out and experience the best in fine dining at affordable prices, and they've become increasingly popular ever since they were first introduced in New York City in 1992.

The 3rd Annual Long Island Spring Restaurant Week runs for eight days, beginning Sunday, April 28th and runs through Sunday, May 5th. The special event features prix fixe, three-course meals for just $27.95 a person all night except Saturday when the special menus will be offered only until 7 p.m. Check out a small sampling of some of the great restaurants participating:
