Experience the joys of Long Beach fresh fishing by way of the 1/2 Day boat the "Southern Cal." A family favorite, this boat is run by it's crew Captain Ryan& Captain Mitch. The "Southern Cal" fishes locally, between Long Beach and Catalina Island, targeting all types of fresh fish including: sandbass, calico bass, barracuda, halibut, perch and rockfish. 1/2 Day fishing is a great adventure the whole family can enjoy and the perfect place to start beginner's fishing or even a great time if you just want to get out for a quick trip to try and catch a few fish for dinner. Prices range from: $45 adults & $38 jr/sr. Price specials can also be found on occasion at Remember to bring you're ice chest for the many fish you will catch and a couple extra dollars for a crew member to gut your catch. If you happen to forget to pack your lunch, no worries! There is a full kitchen on board where a crew member will be happy to cook for you for a small fee. There is also the option of boarding the 3/4 Day boat the "Victory" that is captained by George Xenios and Mike Blue. The "Victory" does both local and Catalina fishing, depending on where the best bite is that day. Their target species are barracuda, yellowtail, white seabass, sand bass, perch, halibut, calico bass and rockfish. The "Victory" is a legendary sport fishing boat that was at the original Pierpoint Landing and has been reeling them in for years. The "Victory" departs daily at 6:00 am and returns at approximately 4:00 pm.

For a weekend of fun, overnight stays on The Toronado are available as well. This boat is a spacious 75 foot vessel that sleeps up to 49 passengers and fishes up to 72 passengers. There is a full galley, all modern electronics (including GPS and sonar), TV/VCR, refrigerated fish hold and shower facilities. Powered by 2 Detroit Diesel 400 horsepower engines. The Overnight boat the "Toronado" is run by long time Captain Ray Lagmay. The "Toronado" fishes for tuna, yellowtail, white seabass, barracuda, calico bass and rockfish.
