Long-awaited return of Disney's 'The Lion King' a highlight of 2014-15 Season

Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati presented by TriHealth has recently announced its 2014-2015 season, which will include the long-awaited return of the Tony®-winning Best Musical Disney’s “The Lion King,” Tony®-winning Best Musical “Once,” and the Tony Award® winning Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella and many more.

One highlight of the season will include Cincinnati’s best-loved musical "The Lion King, which will make a triumphant return to the Aronoff Center following its record-breaking 2007 engagement. Audiences will enjoy a breathtaking performance of animals brought to life by award-winning director Julie Taymor. The show includes an unforgettable score including Elton John and Tim Rice’s Oscar®-winning song "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" and "Circle of Life."

Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage – September 23 – October 5, 2014
Once – November 11 – 23, 2014
Elf the Musical December 2 – 7, 2014
Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella – January 6 – 18, 2015
Anything Goes – February 17 – 22, 2015
Disney’s The Lion King – March 31 – April 26, 2015
I Love Lucy® Live on Stage – June 2 – 14, 2015

Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati presented by TriHealth shows typically run for two weeks at the Aronoff Center. Performance options are Tuesday through Thursday evenings at 7:30pm, Friday evenings at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 2 p.m. & 8 p.m. and Sundays at 1 p.m. & 6:30 p.m. (All times are subject to change.)

Season tickets are now on sale and may be purchased online 7 days a week/24 hours a day at, or call the Broadway Across America toll-free Cincinnati Season Ticket Hotline at (800) 294-1816. Hotline hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., and closed Sunday. Prices for the six-show season subscription range between $165 and $591.
