Lone Tree Police Department hosts open house Sept. 25

Join your public safety officials for an interactive day of food, fun and safety at the Lone Tree Police Department's annual open house event. Bring the whole family and plan to spend the day getting to know them, learning about safety and participating in fun activities, including:

  • Survivor Car Seat Belt Safety Display
  • High Tech Child ID System
  • Taser Presentations
  • Police Department and Emergency Vehicle Tours
  • 911 Simulator
  • Interactive S.W.A.T. Booth
  • Police Themed Crafts for Kids
  • Motorcycle Unit Demonstration
  • Fire Extinguisher and CPR Refreshers
  • Internet Safety Games
  • K-9's in Action

Also, in recognition of National Prescription Take Back Day, the Lone Tree Police Department is partnering with other government agencies by hosting a free drop-off site for unused over-the-counter and prescription medications.
