Lone survivor comes out on top this week with its wide release at approximately $38.5 million. The movie came out 2 weeks ago limited but with small numbers.

Frozen is still going strong with an estimated $15 million, this brings the 8-week total to $317.6 million. At this rate, this should become the highest grossing animated film, surpassing Despicable Me 2 at $368 million

The Legend of Hercules had a horrible opening, only bringing in an estimated $8.6 million. The movie only got a 4% approval on Rotten Tomatoes which certainly won't help it's box office numbers.

In other news Catching Fire has becoming the highest grossing film of 2013 with its $413.9 million box office so far surpassing Iron Man 3.
