Located in LoHi (Lower Highlands), Lola has become a signature restaurant for Denverites. The menu rotates 4 times a year and has developed notoriety for their weekend Brunch and Sunday night live music and family dining experience.
The Coastal Mexican Cuisine offers a delicious variety for all palates and the bar corresponds with the food, offering over 240 varieties of tequila in which the staff are mandated to keep up with education on each one through Tequlia 101 classes to understand what is on trend and the process of old world production.
The rotation of the menu is no small task and it keeps the foodies of Denver engaged with Lola. The entire staff sits down and provides feedback for the newly featured dishes until they are on point.
They most recently introduced a raw bar which offers fresh ceviche and oysters with a selection that changes weekly.
