Lohan too sick for court? That is what a Park Avenue doctor has allegedly claimed according to a report from earlier today at the New York Post. Mark Heller, Lohan's new lawyer, "allegedly submitted a note from" the doctor saying Lohan is too sick for court since she has an upper respiratory infection," that has made her unable to fly from New York to California.
If Lindsay Lohan was too sick for court, why was she spotted out on a shopping spree in Soho on the same day the letter was submitted claiming she was ill? Besides being seen, she was photographed. An interesting bit of information is that her new lawyer has not been approved to appear California court on her behalf. Was it all a ruse to buy time for Heller's approval? If so, Lohan will not have to worry about being too sick for court, or shopping sprees since the judge could issue a warrant for her arrest.
Lohan was due in court for a pretrial hearing after violating probation after she lied to the cops following a car crash last June.
