Rumored months ago, actress Lindsey Lohan has filed a suit against Grand Theft Auto 5 creators Rockstar Games, according to the AP.

Lohan, no stranger to controversy, has alleged that Rockstar rips off The Parent Trap star in multiple ways in the character of Lacey Jonas, one of many random encounters the player may trigger throughout the lush and lively city of Los Santos. Jonas asks that the player navigate the crowded streets of the city, while not harming any photographers attempting to get an embarrassing shot of the star.

According to the AP Article, the suit alleges,

The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years” before the game was released, the papers say.

To check out some close up shots of the character in question, Polygon has linked some direct shots to the Los Santos Directory. Not only is the apparel and appearance in question, but in an attempt to lend credence to the claim that the charactor in question is indeed a caricature of Lohan, the suit alleges that the Gentry Manor Hotel is a carbon copy of the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. The Marmont is indeed a real location tied to Lohan, as she allegedly skipped on a $64,000 bill while living there.

GTA 5 was released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on Sept. 17, 2013 to stellar reviews as well as over $800 Million in sales on it's first day alone. The game is also coming to PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One later this year.
