Locus Magazine, the premier monthly science fiction, fantasy, and horror news publication for all stories and novels that are independent and cutting edge, has released its eagerly anticipated 2012 Recommended Reading List.
Many well-known authors, editors, and publishers have contributed to the February 2013 issue of Locus Magazine, offering their unique insights regarding their favorite books from 2013.
