Lockheed Martin will add up to 200 jobs

More jobs are coming to Florida. Lockheed Martin’s Mission Systems and Training facility in Orlando is planning an expansion that will bring as many as 200 jobs and $80 million to the region. The company now employs about 7,000 people in Orlando, according to a March 26 statement from the Office of Governor Rick Scott.

In the release, Governor Rick Scott was quoted as saying, “The expansion of Lockheed Martin is great news for Florida families in Orlando. Florida has proven to be a perfect climate for companies like Lockheed Martin.”

People are exciting about the expansion. “This is great news. We need more jobs and these will be high paying jobs,” said Randall Hough.
