Locked in the Cage has officially released a Highlight Reel video. Locked in the Cage was the first local MMA promotion and has been the longest running. With several highlights to choose from, MMA fans will love this LITC Highlight Reel. The video contains some of the top MMA talent on the East Coast including, Tim "The South Jersey Strangler" Williams (who recently had a stint in the first episode of TUF 17: Jones vs. Sonnen), Albert Alvarez (Former Bellator Lightweight Champion Eddie Alvarez's younger brother), Gemiyale "Baby Hercules" Adkins, Bellator fighter Will Martinez Jr., Justin Haskell, as well as many more.
These video clips are some of the best Knockouts and Submissions over the past 3+ years since MMA was regulated in the state of Pennsylvania.
