We are delighted to report that our friends at Living Tree Community Foods have made the news once again.
Jesse Schwartz is the CEO and Founder of Living Tree Community Foods (LTCF) and he the force behind the company.
What started with one successful product, has evolved on to a manufacturing house for 180 different products.
The company’s flagship is the Raw Almond Butter.
LTCF is branching out and is making more products such as the Absolut Almond Butter Bar, the Berkeley Buzz Butter, Organic Quinoa Crisp Brazil Nut Bliss, Organic Pecan Pie Chocolate Butter and Alive Kalamata olive oil to name a few.
When asked about their Green and eco-friendly approach as a business Schwartz was delighted to share: “We recycle and compost, but the ecology we practice is deeper and more meaningful than that. This surely is the most meaningful ecology: to support California family farmers, they are the guardians of our precious top soil that gives life to all plants, animals and people. We’ve been working with them for years,” he adds.
Our office raves about their Kamalata Olives, unpressed and organic Olive Oil and Quinoa. All the products are available at Whole Foods or on line.
Schwartz shares that the company’s expansion is about making more healthy products that taste are of god quality and taste good.
“We can do a lot about the quality of food that we eat,” he ends.
