The week before Valentine’s Day pickings are slim with just the 4th qualifier for the VSOP emcee battles and Ra Scion in the south end. Comment below to tell us which one you’re going to. Wednesday
VSOP will be holding their fourth qualifier February 8th at Piano Bash 8-11 pm for their final eight freestyle emcee battle that will award one emcee at total of $1,000 from Sleepless Collective. In addition to the qualifier there will be special performances from the 1st qualifier, Mic Phenom, and Jamil Suleman, hosting by Nu Era, tunes by DJ Fish Boogie, and cyphers and drink specials all night long! It's only for the 21+, but you can get in free if you just mention "Sleepless" at the door!
Saturday
Ra Scion of Common Market will be at Jazzbones for a night of hip-hop presented by Eklectic February 11th from 8-11 pm for a 21+ show also featuring The BreakLites, City Hall, Josh Rizeberg, DJ Reign, and DJ Minus.
