This model that the company uses serves to clarify strategy, individual role alignment and team behaviors to execute. This is a proven task oriented process used with mid level and board room leaders, domestically and abroad at Carefusion.
This is a proven framework to surface and discuss:
1) Degree of inherent strategy alignment,
2) Existing team dynamics/effectiveness, and
3) Interpersonal feedback to align and execute the team’s strategy.Ultimately, this process equips practitioners with a process to facilitate a strategy dialogue with senior execs.

Wally Kuhns has 20+ years of work experience in various HR and OD/OE leadership capacities. He holds degrees from Penn State and Pepperdine University and has worked for several Fortune 500 companies including Air Products & Chemicals, Nabisco, Rockwell, ARAMARK, Johnson & Johnson, Edwards Lifesciences and his current employer CareFusion, where he is VP of Talent Management. With diverse client experience in avariety of work environments, he has spent the last ten years strategically supporting global executive teams with their quest for efficient execution. Wally has presented this topic at Linkage’s OD Summit (03-05), Orange County SHRM/ASTD, and Pepperdine University’s (MSOD) Alumni Conference.
