Parents magazine has selected Rudi's Organic Bakery's Multigrain Organic Soft Pretzels as a best quick snack in their annual list of “25 Best Packaged Foods for Families.” The complete list of winners is available now in the March 2014 issue of Parents magazine and includes family-friendly items that meet the following criteria: free of artificial colors and flavors; low levels of fat and sodium; save mom time in the kitchen. Best of all, when taste tested, kids gave all of the winners two thumbs up.

Parents developed its annual list of “25 Best Packaged Food for Families,” by examining thousands of products and excluding any foods that did not meet their healthful standards. After culling through supermarket items, the editorial staff narrowed down the list. Then, the fun part started. More than 100 parents and their kids were brought in to taste test all the scrumptious, healthy packaged foods. The result? Kids picked 25 meals, snacks, and desserts that the whole family can enjoy and feel great about eating.

“We have always baked with natural and organic ingredients to give families delicious, wholesome and innovative products everyone will love,” said Doug Radi, senior vice president of marketing and sales for Rudi’s Organic Bakery. “We’re honored that our Rudi’s Organic Multigrain Organic Soft Pretzels were chosen for this award; they’re the perfect afternoon snack that will get a smile from moms and kids alike.”

Rudi's Organic Bakery's Multigrain Organic Soft Pretzels have only 170 calories and 3g of fat per serving, or per pretzel. With a mix of wheat, corn, oats, and a touch of sweet honey, the Multigrain Organic Soft Pretzels satisfies kids’ craving in a healthy way; plus, parents tend to love them too.
