The Great American Beer Festival starts tonight. In addition to having the opportunity to taste as many brews as you can, the festival also features lots of local food prepared by local chefs.
The Farm to Table Pavilion is by far one of the best parts of GABF. Featuring organic produce grown by some of Colorado’s best organic farms including Grant Family Farms, Red Wagon Organic Farms, Black Cat Farm, Cure organic Farm and Abbondaza organic seeds and produce, this gastronomic event is not to be missed. Food prepared by chefs from The Culinary School of The Rockies and local restaurants Café Aion, Pizzeria Basta & Panzano is paired with beers all featured at the GABF.
Tickets are required and limited for this event, so if you haven’t got yours beg, barter or trade to get in. The tasty food and well paired brews make this event a food and beer lovers delight!
