Job seekers, listen up. AT&T is hiring for 225 jobs from Key West to Vero Beach, including more than 150 call center positions in Miami and Sunrise and approximately 75 retail jobs. More than half of the 225 positions are newly created jobs.
The call center positions include bilingual customer support specialists, consumer sales consultants, bilingual sales consultants and bilingual customer service representatives. About 145 of the positions are at AT&T’s Miami call center; the rest are at the company’s call center in Sunrise.
The nearly 75 retail openings are for retail sales consultants, assistant managers and managers and include positions in Key West, Florida City, Coral Gables, Aventura, Hialeah, Miami, Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Gardens, Coral Springs, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Vero Beach.

Many of the positions have been spurred by AT&T’s focus on delivering an effortless customer experience and Project Velocity IP (VIP). Project VIP is an investment plan to expand and enhance AT&T’s wireless and wireline IP broadband networks to support growing customer demand for high-speed Internet access, advanced TV services and new mobile devices.
