Local gluten-free bakery update: New products and Valentine's Day offerings (Photos)

We are fortunate to live in an area where there are a number of dedicated gluten-free bakeries that are constantly adding new products to their offerings. These lovely gluten-free bakeries are offering festive goodies that are perfect to give as gifts, to enjoy at an office party, and to indulge in at home!

All of the bakeries listed below produce their gluten-free goodies in dedicated gluten-free environments, so cross contact is not an issue. In addition to being free of gluten, all of Good Karma Coffee and Pure Knead's products are also free of dairy, soy, and nuts. American Gra-Frutti, Sally's and Gluten Free Cutie have dairy, soy, and egg-free options as well.

American Gra-Frutti - is stocked up with Valentine's Day themed gift baskets, Heart-shaped cakes (pre order only) and they can add Valentine's Day themed decorations to any of their regular cakes. Their Red Velvet cupcakes and cakes are also a festive way to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Gluten Free Cutie - has added a couple of new items to their menu. First up is a new cupcake flavor, which is Hot Fudge Sundae: Chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache center, vanilla frosting, with ganache drizzle, and a cherry on top. They are also making a 9" dairy-free cookie cake complete with frosting and a heart-shaped version is available too. Chocolate Chip cookie dough cupcakes (dairy free) have also been added to the menu.

Good Karma Coffee House - is now offering fresh gluten-free Fettuccini Pasta and Pizzas made with Daiya cheese. Pizzas can be purchased in two sizes (6" and 9") in either pepperoni, or cheese.

Pure Knead - their gluten-free hamburger buns can now be found at South City Kitchen's Midtown location. In honor of Valentine's Day, their seasonal cupcake flavor is now Sweetheart, which is chocolate cake with raspberries topped with chocolate frosting.

Sally's Gluten Free Bakery - rolled out their Hummingbird Cake in December and they also offer Red Velvet Cake and Cupcakes.
