Olympian Brian Sell is teaming up with West Chester physical therapist Ryan Bair to coach local runners. Brian Sell ran a 2:16:07 in the 2008 Beijing Olympics for a seventh place finish. A Hansons-Brooks distance project participant, Sell was a competitive runner in the top US races, including a 4th place finish in the Boston Marathon, 6th place finish in the Chicago Marathon and first place finish in the USATF 25k, 4th in the Boston Marathon, and 6th in the Chicago Marathon. Dr. Ryan Bair founded and opened FLASH™ Sports Physical Therapy and Performance Center in February, 2012. Dr. Bair obtained his board certification in Sports Physical Therapy in West Chester, PA and specializes in the treatment and prevention of running-related injuries.

Sell was an average athlete in high school and made his way to the Olympics. Bair was an NCAA Division 1 Athlete on the cross country and track and field teams. Together, they offer a unique coaching program right in West Chester, that includes running injury consultations, which is huge for runners training hard, making them prone to injury.

Bair says, "From training and racing advice from an Olympian to receiving specific guidance to nip running aches and pains in the bud, FLASH PT runners have a leg-up on their goals, competitors, and the clock when toeing the starting line."
