April 8, 2010 - Now that the weather is warmer, it's time to think about exercising outdoors. One of the easiest (and cheapest - it's free) ways to exercise is walking. But if you need some motivation to keep you going, consider signing up for a charity walk to raise funds for a cause close to your heart.

There are multiple charity walks in the Milwaukee area over the next few months. Here are two upcoming events:

11th Annual Walk in My Shoes, on Saturday May 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Walk proceeds go to Milwaukee's Guest House, which assists the homeless.

Laura's Smile Mile, on Saturday June 5, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Proceeds from this walk benefit the Wisconsin Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
