This Saturday (January 26, 2013) Martha Moody will be speaking at the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library. She will be speaking about her novel Sharp and Dangerous Virtues, which is set in a Dayton, Ohio in the post apocalyptic world of 2047.
She will be speaking at 2:00 P.M. in the Main Library Auditorium, 215 E. Third St. She will discuss her book and the research she did on Dayton in order to write it. She will also read excerpts, answer questions, and according to her website will also be doing a signing. The event is free and open to the public to attend.
Martha Moody is a retired doctor, internist, who now spends her time writing, teaching writing to high schoolers, working with charities, and being with her family in Dayton, Ohio. She has written and published four novels to date, Sharp and Dangerous Virtues being her most recent.
