According to a post on Facebook, both Living Death and Armadillo Cloak will appear in Magic: the Gathering Duel Deck: Phyrexia vs. The Coalition. Here’s the accompanying post:
As some of you may have noticed we've been working to combine the two Magic: The Gathering pages into one page where you can all share your stories with each other. To thank you for your patience, we are going to share some exclusive spoilers from the upcoming duel deck, Phyrexia vs. The Coalition. Enjoy!
Living Death and Armadillo Cloak join Masticore, Phrexian Negator, and Urza’s Rage as being confirmed in the highly anticipated Duel Deck Phyrexia vs. The Coalition.
This is not the first time that Living Death has been reprinted. Living death made an appearance in the Battle Royal box set with a white border. It also received a foil treatment as a judge foil, just like Phyrexian Negator. Armadillo Cloak was reprinted as a Friday Night Magic card.
Several cards have been spoiled as reprinted in the last week, including a new judge foil Natural Order that is being given out this weekend at Pro Tour San Diego alongside a promotional Avatar of Woe. What cards you would like to see reprinted?
I personally believe that Wasteland, Force of Will, and Null Rod are three cards that deserve a reprint in a limited set such as From the Vault or Duel Decks or as judge promos. Only time will tell.
Magic: the Gathering players west of Boston can play at That's Entertainment, 244 Park Ave Worcester, Massachusetts 01609 (508) 755-4207 or at any of the other places to play Magic in Boston.
