Hayden Panettiere is one o those 'relate to' celebrities. When she was 16, a photo was published of her in shorts with the word "cellulite". This sent her in a downward spiral with body dysmorphia. What helped her get through that was reminding herself "Beauty is an opinion, not a fact." This has helped her conquer her body fears.
"People can tell when you're happy with being you and when you're not. It's only cheesy because it's true," she says. "As I've gotten older and grown into my body, I've started realizing that the way you carry yourself and that light coming out of your eyes are the most attractive things about you."
These are words that inspire so many of her fans. But being in the show business, she must look fit. Hayden's friend is terrified of elevators, therefor they walk 12 flights of stairs. Hayden Panettiere also does Bikram Yoga. She claims it can get tough, but you are sweating out the toxins and the water weight. With the Bikram Yoga on top of walking 12 flights of stairs, it's no wonder this 23 year old looks magnificent.
Hayden Panettiere's healthy diet is a struggle. She loves to eat unhealthy, especially chips. Hayden has learned to do a mind trick that will allow her to eat what she wants, but not as much. She will tell herself that she can have what she wants after she eats something healthy. By the time she is done eating that 'something healthy', she is too full to eat much of the unhealthy snack she was craving. Through trial and error Hayden Panettiere has found that counting calories only makes her gain weight. (of course everyone is different) But she has found that if she stresses about her body and every little thing she puts in it, then she winds up gaining weight. It is better to be aware than to be obsessive about your body image. Take care of it but don't make it your number one goal in life.
