Centennial of Finnegan’s, Finnegan’s, 5 Wall St., Huntington
Finnegan’s Restaurant and Tap Room is one of Long Island’s oldest continuously running bar and they’re celebrating their centennial in a big way this weekend, with three days of fun-filled events and specials. The weekend kicks off with a bartender’s reunion and mural dedication on Friday night, followed by an all-out street fair on Saturday and fabulous specials on Sunday. United Ink New York Tattoo Show, Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, 1255 Hempstead Tpke., Uniondale
Come down to the Nassau Coliseum this weekend to check out some of the world’s best-known tattoo artists and their oftentimes fascinating and beautiful handiwork. Admission to the event is $18 for one day or $40 for the whole weekend. For more detailed information, check out United Ink.

Celebrate Springsteen, Dix Hills Performing Arts Center, 305 N. Service Rd., Dix Hills
Tramps Like Us, a Bruce Springsteen tribute band that’s been doing their thing for more than twenty years, brings their repertoire to the Dix Hills PAC this Friday. Alligator Feeding at Jungle Bob’s, Jungle Bob’s Reptile World, 2536 Middle Country Rd., Centereach
It’s not often that Long Islanders get to witness a show like this, as visitors watch a magnificent creature chomp down his dinner. Learn all about these fascinating reptiles and much more, starting at 7 p.m. Admission is $5 and no one will be admitted once the show begins, so get there on time. Downtown Sounds 2012: The Good Rats, Glen Cove Village Square, Glen and Bridge Streets, Glen Cove

Bellport Day Festival: A Taste and Trolley Tour of Historic Bellport, 4 Bell St., Bellport
The historic South Shore village of Bellport will be celebrating its first annual summer festival this Saturday, with plenty of fun and educational things to do. Some of the events planned for the day include trolley and waterfront tours, face painting, a bouncy house, Italian food, a lobster bake, rides, shows and a whole lot more. Come on down to Manhasset this Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for their annual arts and crafts summer fair. The fair features all sorts of arts and crafts, including photography, jewelry, woodworks, and more.
116th Annual LVIS Fair, 95 Main St., East Hampton
The Ladies Village Improvement Society of East Hampton presents their 116th annual fair, featuring vintage clothing, a magic show, silent auction, carousel, food, refreshments and more. Admission is free and the event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Check out LVIS for more.
Frank Ohman’s Adventures in Ballet, John Cranford Adams Playhouse, Hofstra University, South Campus, Hempstead Tpke., Hempstead
This Saturday is National Dance Day and Franks Ohman’s New York Dance Theater presents this unique and entertaining program of original choreography set to diverse musical genres, including classical and contemporary, jazz, Broadway and world music. Pink Penguin Bash, LI Aquarium and Exhibition Center, 431 East Main St., Riverhead
The beautiful LI Aquarium in Riverhead is hosting the Pink Penguin Bash this Saturday night at 8 p.m. The event is a fundraiser for the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund and includes fabulous food, open bar, dancing and entertainment and a casino night. Admission is $200 per person.
1st Annual Sand Jam Music Festival, National Blvd., Long Beach
Picturesque Long Beach is the setting for this seven-hour music festival featuring local artists. The Long Beach Musical Coalition is looking to start a new tradition with this first annual event, from 3 to 10 p.m. Admission is free, weather permitting.

Lobsterfest and Landlubber’s BBQ, Bethpage State Park, Old Bethpage
This singles’ event presented by 7 In Heaven Singles promises to be great fun, with icebreakers, entertainment, games, awesome barbecue, and of course, plenty of opportunities to meet other singles. Yes Tribute, Theater Three, 412 Main St., Pt. Jefferson
