Jason Mraz will be filming his live concert at the Charter One Pavilion in Chicago on August 13 for a new live DVD. Colbie Caillat will be a special guest performing the duet "Lucky" with Jason.
Mraz recently told Rolling Stone that he is also hoping to get another special guest to appear in Chicago -- the dancers who performed a passionate routine to his song "If It Kills Me" on the TV show, So You Think You Can Dance.
Mraz, who briefly studied musical theater at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York, has a secret passion for dancing. “I really long to be a great dancer," Mraz explains.
Do you think he can dance? Fans can check out some of Jason's dance moves on a bonus video included on the expanded CD/DVD edition of We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things released last year. (The dance video appears after the credits of the live performance from The Highline Ballroom in NYC)
The live DVD from the Gratitude Cafe tour is scheduled to be released in November 2009.
