Live and Learn Construction Grant Update

The Live & Learn Construction Grant Review Committee will review FY2012 grant applications in an open meeting on Thursday, February 23, 2012 in Room 403/404 at the Illinois State Library (ISL). The meeting will be conducted via videoconference at the State Library and also at the following locations: Illinois Heartland Library System (IHLS) locations in Champaign and Edwardsville; Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) locations in Burr Ridge, Coal Valley, East Peoria, Geneva, Shorewood and Wheeling; Highland Community College in Elizabeth; Kankakee Public Library in Kankakee; and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. Applications will be reviewed in the priority order specified in the Administrative Rules.

Accessibility and Mini-Grants will be reviewed first, followed by a half hour break.  Then Remodeling and New Construction grants will be reviewed.
