Little Rock homeschoolers can learn camping skills at Pinnacle Mountain

From Friday, March 19th through Sunday, March 21st, the Traveling Educational Nature Trailer (TENT) will be visiting Pinnacle Mountain State Park just outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. Homeschoolers can take advantage of this opportunity to learn about camping. TENT will provide gear and meals. There is a charge for this program.

Join park interpreters to learn about the basics of camping. Put your knowledge into practice while camping out at the base of the mountain. Gear and meals are provided by the park.

There is a fee for this program. The fee for adults is $22.00 per night and children are $11.00 per night. Camping is for children aged six years and up and adults. Reservations are recommended.

Bring a camera, water bottles, rain gear, and warm clothing. Expect cold and rainy conditions during the latter half of the weekend.
