Little Mix, Union J and Boyzone (whose lead singer is Ronan Keating, a judge on "The X Factor" Australia) are among the performers announced so far for the 16th Annual Cheerios Childline Concert, which will take place at the O2 Arena in Dublin on Nov. 20, 2013. Proceeds from the show (which will be hosted by Nicky Byrne) will benefit the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC).
Other announced performers at the concert are The Wanted, former Westlife singer Shane Filan and Conor Maynard.
On "The X Factor" U.K., Little Mix was the winner in 2011, while Union J came in fourth place in 2012. Little Mix and Union J are both signed to Syco Music, the record company co-owned by Simon Cowell and Sony Music.
Boyzone performed at the first Childline concert in 1998.
According to ISPCC's website:
"All parties involved with the Cheerios Childline Concert are providing their services free of charge on the night including artists, organisers and The O2. The complete funding of the concert goes towards the financial support and aid of the 24 hour phone-line, dedicated to helping children.
