Last year it was announced that pop singer Britney Spears will be the face of the Hasbro's Twister Dance game. Her music was also used to promote the interactive toy. With the recent release of Twister Dance Rave, Spears' 2008 hit "Circus" was remixed for the occasion. The new version by DJ Ro Shon surfaced on Sunday.
When Spears signed on to promote Hasbro's Twister Dance last year, the toy company released a new version of her 2011 hit "Till the World Ends." She also shot a clip for the Twister remix, which saw Spears "rock the spots" with a group young girls in a dance studio.
This year, Hasbro introduced Twister Dance Rave and remixed Spears' "Circus" track. DJ Ro Shon took on producer duties and updated the single with a more club-friendly sound and glowing synthesizers. He is also on-hand to shout out Twister's "Rock the Spots" catch phrase. Britney's defiant pop track is updated to reflect a more EDM-inspired sound. For a being a Twister remix, this new version of "Circus" is actually not that bad.
While Twister packages one of Spears' past hits for the Dance Rave game, Spears has been busy prepping some new music to release. This past weekend, she filmed the music video for her upcoming single, "Work B*tch." The song will preview her eighth studio album.
