List it: New site to help Chicagoans search Netflix

Netflix, online leader for streaming of movies across the country, now has a companion site for subscribers to search for what’s available. has been created with a fully adjustable catalogue for users to through various categories including dramas, thrillers and documentaries from A to Z.

The website was created to simplify searches for entertainment options on Netflix. “While Netflix has a fancy way of presenting its content, something has been missing since day one – a simple list of all content,” said Markus Goméz co-founder.

“We believe that helps subscribers to enjoy Netflix even more. They are now in total control of the content they are paying for and can choose their movies less randomly. And those who are considering to subscribe can make the decision based on pure facts rather than perception,” said Goméz.

The site currently features the content of Netflix USA and Canada. Users can sort the List by Title, Release Year, Rating, Runtime, or Netflix Arrival Date.

According to, there are 40 million members of Netflix in more than 40 countries with users viewing more than one billion hours of TV shows and movies per month.
