The Annual 32nd Lisle's Eyes To The Skies Festival is located at 1825 Short street, Lisle, IL. This year the Lisle festival starts July 3rd - 5th, 2014, the carnival celebration starts July 2nd - 6th, 2014. For more information visit .

This event was originated by Dick Dooley (then superintendent of recreation for the Lisle Park District). Now more than 300 volunteers help keep this event going each year. Each summer this event attracts more than 150,000 visitors.

There will be over 110 acres of carnival rides, crafts, after dust glowing balloons, day-time air balloons, fireworks (July 3rd, 4th & 5th), parade, food, vendors/ booth, music, kids area, launches, and more. For your own view watch video at .

This special balloon and festival/carnival has been covered by the Chicago Suntimes, Sun Newpapers, Daily Herald, Chicago Tribune, and Reporter-progress news, additionally media featured on Good Morning America, CNN headline news, and at the Today Show.

Additionally bringing joy to the event is "Serena's Song". They will provide tethered rides to children with disabilities (with the nations 1st wheelchair accessible balloons).
