Lisa Vanderpump and Brandi Glanville’s friendship seemed to have reached its limit on Monday night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after Brandi told Kyle that Lisa had tried to convince her to bring tabloids along on their Palm Springs trip.

In the tabloids, it was said that Kyle’s husband Mauricio had cheated on her with another woman.
Although Brandi is known for her outrageous accusations and heavy drinking, at times, on the show, the majority of the cast believed Brandi, which has been disappointing to Lisa.

“My heart was broken, but I survived,” Lisa explained in her blog on Feb. 26.

At the same time, she understands why Brandi may have been motivated to come in between her relationship with Kyle.

“I understand from [Brandi]’s comments and tweets she felt a little jealous at the fact that Kyle and I were on friendly terms…So she decided to create a wedge between us — fabricating a story that would question our friendship, [hence] creating a lie that would have severe consequences.”

What Brandi said certainly drove a wedge between Lisa and Kyle, so if that was Brandi’s goal, she succeeded. However, the fact that Kyle was so quick to believe Brandi did seem a bit odd — especially considering she and Lisa were friends long before Brandi came into the picture.
