Lisa Vanderpump is keeping her fans in a nervous state. As reported by All About The Real Housewives on Monday, June 9, Lisa still hasn't signed on to return for the fifth season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
According to a source, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville, and Yolanda Foster have all signed on for another season, filming for which is about to start. The only other person that producers want so far, after getting rid of Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud, is Lisa. Unfortunately for them and the show's fans, Lisa is taking her time before she signs on the dotted line.
The insider said that fans can rest assured; they will definitely see Lisa on the show next season. So what's the holdup? Apparently Lisa is just "having some playful fun" with the show since she knows how much she's wanted. The source explained that Lisa, as well as her family, feels "genuinely sad" by how she was treated by the other housewives last season. So she's making Bravo wait and in the meantime occupying herself with her spin-off, "Vanderpump Rules," and promoting her LVP Sangria line.
Lisa Vanderpump has made it known that she feels that the other housewives, especially Brandi and Yolanda, unfairly ganged up on her last season. In Lisa's eyes, the only two women who were unconditionally supportive were Carlton and Joyce. Since both Carlton and Joyce have been let go after only one season on the show, Lisa will be coming into season five without any strong allies. No wonder she's hesitant!
The source also revealed that "potential new housewives have been testing on camera." One of those women may have included Christine Chiu, wife of Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Gabriel Chiu, who was spotted meeting up with Brandi while TV cameras were rolling. However, Christine denied that she was a new Beverly Hills housewife, tweeting that "it's all rumors" after the article was published.
